Interesting concept, though I've never locked up the front tire. At least not severely enough to even worry me.

Lock the rear tire occasionally, but half the time I'm goofing off and sliding it around on purpose.

ABS would be nice... but can't beat threshold braking

technically yes but if you grab too much front brake the rear wheel comes up then im forced to feather the brake so that i dont endover! when it happens to me i say its an accident i really didnt mean to do that officer! :evilgrin:

When the VF750Fs first came out they had the 18" rear and 16" front wheel. It seemed they locked up frequently. A bunch of guys bought them to race (including me), but tried to get rid of them after the first race they crashed in. It was almost a done deal, if the front wheel stopped turning you were face down on the track. They did become manageable with a little experience. I'm glad I kept mine, and did well with it after I figured it out.
