I have to own up to purchasing a Hotbodies exhaust........:o
I have heard quite alot of complaints regarding heat and no map available if you run a PC3.
The heat issue isn't a problem as I work next door to a company that makes insulation for jet engines, which is good to 2000 degree's.
I just haven't been able to find a map for it if I go with a PC3.
Anyone have one fitted.....???? or know of anyone who has one fitted....????
Plus need peoples feedback on the exhaust.........good honest facts, not just some BS hear say.
BTW I slipped it on to hear what it sounded like.........:D:D........definately happy with the sound.
Thanks

I agree on the sound, just go with the gp exhaust like O.A. did:D
then clean up the rear and order the undertail and fill in the hole where the exhaust would normally go,
NICE , NEAT, BETTER PERFORMANCE AND SOUND, PLUS IT LOOKS BAD AZZ

I just installed the Hotbodies exhaust on my bike. I like the way it sounds also. I took mine in and had it dyno tuned and mapped. I gained 10.5 Hp and 7# tork. I don't know how it dose with heat or ridding yet, still have snow and ice on the ground. I did get more heat shield and added it to the bike.

I installed the titanium Akrapovic full-race system with carbon pipe with a power-commander and custom mapped it. I got 132hp on the Dyno. I'm not a big fan of Hotbodies but, you got to work with what you got.

That sounds really, really low. Even if it were stock, that's low. Something was awry with the dyno or you're not remembering the number correctly... :confused2:
