I bought this helmet two weeks ago. Unfortunately the size is way too large for me. The helmet moves every direction when I turn my head. It's a size Large, 59-60 cm. Used, but still in great condition.
$350. Have to check shipping costs to the US.

Shipping costs would be around $50. I'm willing to ship the helmet anywhere in the US, Canada, or other countries outside Europe for $350.

Dont want to bust on ya BK, But if you can buy a Large size one of these for $200 or even $250 in Good condition, You better grab it. I have the last 3 that sold on e-bay in my watched list and 1 sold for 450.00 and the other 2 over 500.00, Only 2 that I have seen under $400 was a small that sold for $268.00 and a medium that sold for $328.00.00.

yah but those were new on ebay for $450
still nearly double retail price when it was in a store which is why I won't buy one - not paying some helmet hi-jacker his extortion money 450 for a vr2 is insane - can be had in other colors in the $150 range

just saw yours on ebay - good luck, not that you need it because some sucker will more for it used than it was worth new
On that note - Repsol store has the repsol spec 1R on sale for $274 new - looks nice

Actually BK is correct. I have also seen a few selling for less than 300.00. Fact is, these are not very good helmets. Noisy, uncomfortable, not very good looking, and no where worth the money. It says Repsol on it, BFD. I wouldn't buy one for 150.00, I would never wear the damn thing.
Just because someone sticks Repsol on something doesn't mean its a must have. Personally I wouldn't wear a KBC Repsol helmet and/or a Repsol jacket because it makes you look like the biggest poser/squid ever. Talk about overkill. "Hey everyone, just in case you didn't notice my Repsol, its also written all over my helmet and jacket too".

I know Nicky Hayden and Danni Pedrosa consider themselves "poser/squid" everytime they get on the track wearing Repsol Gear.

Oh man this thread got funny real quick! Well, I must say I agree and disagree with some comments here....first, the helmet really isnt that great quality in my opinion, it IS noisy and seems a little flimsy compared to my scorpion helmets.
However, I did buy one brand new with tags still on it from craigslist for $200 shipped from Vegas to LA....so I thought that was a decent deal. As far as overkill...yeah maybe, I have the Duhan jacket too:D I dont always wear all the gear together but I think it all looks super sick together, it really compliments the bike IMO. I just think it looks cool no matter what bike you have if your gear matches. Posers come in all types of gear...I certainly dont feel like one.

Dave, thats a pretty stupid statement. They are paid professionals. Thats comparing apples to oranges. Someone riding in the street looking like he just drove off a MotoGP track looks like a super poser.
All I am saying is that there is a such thing as too much of something. And having repsol on your bike, your head, your back, your chest, etc. is just getting too carried away.
And my comments about KBC are right on the money. They are not comfortable, they are noisy as hell, and they are just not the greatest quality especially when compared to Shoei or other helmets in that price range.

Another fine mess, thanks MM..
:twocents: Let me say this; it's a shame that people have to put up with those who think they are better than everyone else because of some preconceived notion of how someone else should be.
