Who makes the "REPSOL" helmets I keep seeing riding around town?

I havn't found any in local shops.

I'd like to get one for my 07 when the bike comes in.

KBC makes them, I have one. They don't make them anymore, but who knows with the new '07 coming out. There was a bunch on eBay around the time I bought my bike, but now there seems to be only one left:

Although, I think the Icon "Sub Human" would look wicked on the Respol. I want one of these as well:

They look much better in person! I drool over the one Chris has in his shop, good thing it's a Medium (too small) or I might be in ever more trouble with the wife. ;)

i sure hope so! the old ones seem to be slim pickings...and im not really a huge huge fan of the kbc, its nice but id like to see something more along the lines of that suomy (if it is even a suomy, the only thing i can find are foreign websites)

I wish Shoei would make one. When I baught my first CBR900RR I baught a Shoei helmet that was made with the same purple,black and yellow as the bike. they only made it for the 1 year but it was a dead match for the Honda colors.

We were a vendor at the 2006 Moto GP Laguna Seca and the booth next to ours was Scorpion Helmets.

I just sent an email to Jon Eide of Scorpion asking him if they had any plans to make a themed helmet and or what it might cost to do a limited run of a themed helmet.

Probably wasting my time but hey its 11:45 p.m. and I 'm bored.

i just grabbed a rf1000 the picotte orange, im not sure what the main difference is in the rf1000 and the x11 but i hope theyre similar ive worn my friends x11 once and it fit nice

its a nice helmet, doesnt match the repsol jacket too well as far as the orange color but it does fit well and feels nice

I'm looking at the Shoei X-Eleven Byrne replica. One of the salesman at Cycle Gear recommended it - claims it matches the color scheme of the Repsol very well. They ordered one for me - just found out it's discontinued and they've only got two left. I'll have to see it before I'm sold though.

I'm a bit biased thinking the Repsol Biaggi Replica from Suomy is THE helmet to get for Repsol Riders (Or the Repsol KBC) But if you are going diffrent, that Shoei is pretty spiffy. I think its cool.:D

This is the helmet that i use, an Arai Matsudo Cobra. I have been using Arai for years and i have no complaints. I wish they did a "Repsol" theme helmet. They do have some that look good with the repsol, but not enough reason to ditch what i am using now. My wife has the tommy gun which looks great with the bike. Only if she had not bought that helmet first....... :D

I was skeptical when I saw it in the catalog, but went ahead and ordered it with the salesman's (davetx) assurance that it's a nice lid.

I love it, everyone at Cycle Gear loved it, and my wife hates it :eek: oh well, it's not going on her head!

And I never really noticed how reflective the stuff on my jacket is until I looked at that first pic (jacket's in the background)...

LOL - that's what scared me when I saw it in the catalog. I was thinking... "A flower? On the side of my helmet?!?!"

Thanks for the compliments - this is the first "cool" helmet I've owned. Both previous helmets were the typical graphics that everybody else had. At least I'll be a little unique with this one.
