Well boyz I'm on my way to pick it up!! :D:D
I'm heading out tonight to cut some time off the trip and meeting up with an old Army buddy of mine and we're on the road. I pick it up Wednesday morning and we'll load it up (after a quick spin around the block :D) and head on back. I'll take some pics of the road trip and post up when I get back.
B.K., Hondaman, and 1 eye,
Thanks for all of your help and info you guys have passed along. ;)
Talk to you all soon and the next time you hear from me, #203 will be in my garage. BOOYAH!!

Well boyz I'mmmmmmm back!!
Whew what a trip. 2100 miles in 3 days!! Well here's the story. My lovely wife found this bad boy out in Arkansas. So, I called the dealership and spoke to the dealer and apparently this bike was bought by a guy who was afraid of it so he returned it to the dealer along with his XL Repsol helmet. :D
The bike had 135 miles on it and the salesman thought what I do for a living is friggin' cool (he just watched the movie "The Guardian") and states that he'll waive all of the additional B.S. fees plus give me the helmet along with the bike for $10-4 O.T.D.
Needless to say that's why I jumped on this one. Pretty much a brand new bike with someone else taking the depreciation hit.
Some pics from the trip are posted up in the members gallery. The salesman let me take some pics of their stockroom with bikes crated from floor to ceiling. It was sweet. OH, the dealer gave me the wrong VIN. I have #208 not #203.
She is stock all the way and I have some ideas already in mind as far as mods. Probably won't do to much. These bikes are so beautiful that one does not have to do much to spice them up.
South/East Repsolites:
AMA Super Bike (Big Kahuna Nationals) are in August at Virginia International Raceway. Anyone up for a trip?? Wanting to set up a camp site for the races that weekend. Also maybe a trip to the Dragon in the Fall. Let's put something together huh??
Almar: Congrats on getting yours. I know how you feel. I think I'll grab my sleeping bag and sleep out in the garage tonight.
H-man: You WILL NOT get much sleep before getting it trust me!! Now that I have it I still keep looking out in the garage to make sure I'm not dreaming. Just sitting on it and holding the keys seems almost unreal. It's so friggin' sweet.

Congrats man. :D:D:D:D
I am glad you had a good road trip. I know what you mean about not being able to sleep, because it is only January and I have to wait until May to get mine and I cant keep it off my mind, but I know it will be so worth it. Did you go thru alot of hills in Arkansas to the dealership??

Congrats man - sounds like quite the trip.
There are two threads about setting up an Eastern USA RepsolForum ride, one started by me. I'd post a link, but I'm at work and don't have time to search for it.

RR got your message and sent ya one back. :D
Ya, I was smoochin' her today and driving the wife crazy constantly looking out in the garage. I think the wife is getting jealous of my other loved one. ;)
The weather finally got a little warmer today so I decided to ride to the gym. In my excitement I forgot one little item. I forgot to put the 30 day tag on the back. :shortbus:
It was a quick work out because I kept going to the window to look at it in the parking lot. Couldn't take it anymore and left the gym early to ride back. Much colder on the way home but still loved every second.
