Used '05 Repsol Financing?

Just wondering if anybody on the forum actually purchased their bike used. it seems like everyone bought new 05's and 07's. I will have to go the used route and am looking into purchasing a '05 from ebay or cycletrader and financing but I don't know where is a good place to start. I have moderate credit but was turned down by E-LOAN for a $7000 36 month loan. I assume this may have been because they aren't making enough money off of me with the small amount of money and length of time to offset the risk. Do you guys have any suggestions on other places I can try to get used financing? It will be a LONG time before I save up the full amount.

i went through M&T bank. im not sure how far theyve spread but i think the back is fairly local to the northeast. i did a 5yr term on my gsxr. luckily with a nice paying job i was able to afford this one up front.

I got mine used, but didn't need financing. You may have a local county credit union or even one through work that might give you a good loan.

+1 Go with the credit union. They give the best rates. Well at least around here (Texas) they do.
