Guys im hunting for a exhaust but my question is if the 06 and 07 are the same that also means that if i see a exhaust advertised for a 06 it will work on my 07 rep?

Yes, if t was made for the 06 1000rr, it will work on your 07. Same bike.

Actually, if you remove the rear fender/heat shield or just the fender and trim the heat shield all the 1000RR exhaust will fit. I personally mounted a Yosh carbon cone for an '04 - '05 on a new '06. At the time we got the bike there were no pipes listed for the '06.

Ok so a 04-05 slip on will work with the 07...
