Still breaking mine in, but seen 130mph. Only been up to 172mph on my RC51, backed down with 1000rpms left (speedo could have hit 185-190 easy).
Now I would like to think I am older and wiser! (nice way of saying I am getting old)

2 weeks ago while "running it in the hard way" i hit 289kmh with a busa trying his hardest to stay on my ass till we hit the corners....
then yesterday after 18 yrs accident free i had to lay my repsol down in the name of self preservation :(
****in volvo drivers....
bike will be repaired so not really a prob ... just dark on the fact that without an accident for 18yrs i hit the deck on my repsol with less than 1000kms on the clock

With my big fat ass I couldn't get over 182 indicated (on the track of course:D ), and after re-gearing I can hit redline in 6th at a true 169...Love those long straights
My bike has a PCIII, BMC race filters, flapper mod, 16/43 gears and TaylorMade slip-on...+8-9HP over stock.
Keepin' the rubber side down...RR

The saying is true "there are two kinds of riders, those who have went down.....and those that will go down." Just part of riding, but even with the risk of injury or death, we still do it because it may just be the best hobby on the planet.
Sucks you went down, that is what insurance is for. Just thankful you weren't hurt, that is what is important. That is why safety gear (jacket, gloves, helmet) is so important, it is the difference between hospital time and walking away.
