Another Newbie

[TX Repsol]

Guess I better introduce myself...

I joined the ranks with squidracer last week and bought an 2007 Repsol - I love this bike!!

Previous rides included a 1998 CBR 900RR (solid yellow) and a 2001 CBR 929 RR (red and black). Both remained completely stock for the entire time I owned them. That trend is about to change...

My friend squidracer and I will ineviteably race to add aftermarket goodies before the other - and tragically for me, he will probably win.

Glad to be a new Repsol owner - really wanted one when they came out the first time around, but the finances just weren't there. Well, things have changed and now it's time to have some fun!

BTW - anyone want to buy a 2001 CBR 929 RR? :D

Hey Chris welcome aboard. This is Dave from CG. By the way, your helmet was discontinued. But one of the other stores had one in stock. It should be in by the end of the week. So you shouldn't see many of that helmet.

What's up Dave? Sophie called and told me about the helmet being discontinued... I'm anxious to see it in person. I hope I like it - would be nice to have a somewhat exclusive helmet.

Seems like every helmet we really like ends up the most popular helmet in town.
