I've got a couple of technical questions about posting and there's not really a place (that I see) to post those type questions.

Maybe there could be a "Technical Questions" or something of the sort.

Until then, here are my questions:

1. Can I delete my own post? I posted a thread in the wrong forum and could not find a way to delete it.

2. Why can I not edit a post after I've left the thread? When I post something, it gives me the option to edit. But if I leave the thread and come back, there's no longer an edit button.

3. Is there minimum post count before we're allowed to post images as a link (like Photobucket). All I see is the ability to insert a link, don't see how to insert a picture, other than as an attachment. EDIT - I just saw another thread where Big Kahuna answered this question. Attachments it is.

TX Repsol,

I changed the name of this forum to " Forum Suggestions/Questions", so now we have a place for questions. :)

You can edit your post any time within the first 15 minutes. This should give you enough time to fix any errors you may have found after posting. You can delete a post at anytime during the first 15 minutes as well, but you can not delete the entire thread at any time. If you find that a thread is misplaced, just let me know and I'll take care of it.

So we can never delete images we put up in the gallery either? Or does that rule only apply to written threads?

Only threads. Actually, I think I have since changed the setting to allow changes for the first 24 hours.

YO BK !!! one question....i have tried to attached the video from the laguna event 2007. some how i have not been very lucky on this. is there a way to do it??. i also sent you two cds to see if you can get lucky. did you ever get them???

You can't attach a video - you have to host it on another site (like youtube) and then post a link here.

When you paste the link into your post, simply highlight the link and click the # button at the top of the edit screen. It will embed the video into your post that way.
