Welcome aboard
I like your riding gear! (shorts and sandals)?

The grey seat covers were done locally. Only cost me about $60.00. As for the riding gear, that was to just get it out of the garage to take some pics. All the mods you see were actually on my 2006 CBR1000RR and when the wife gave me the new bike, the dealership let me change it all over.

Stickers come in the crate with the mirrors, etc. Have your dealer check or someone may have screwed up and threw them away. The only stickers that come in the mail are the secondary Nicky Hayden Commemorative stickers. I would give them a call.

So the stickers are sent with the bike? That sucks! I'm going to the dealer today and will see what they have to say!

Well, just left the dealership and they said no stickers were with the bike! Any advise on the next step?

The stickers ALWAYS come with the bike. They are NOT sent. Some *****
at the dealer probably took them. Go back and tell them to either give you a set now, or order a replacement set from Honda (which they pay for).
You are entitled to what comes with the bike, and tell them if they dont take care of this you will drive the bike up thier ass. I would also call Honda and let them know what the dealer is doing.
Fu#@ing dealers are all the same, miserable theives that will steal the shoes off a dead man if they think they could get a dollar for them. Motorcycle dealers are MUCH worse than car dealers.
Don't take this **** dude, go back and tell them to take care of this, NOW.

I'm calling Honda first! See what they have to say about it.

+1 for everything meanmachine said. Someone at the dealer took them and they're hoping you will not know any better. They're part of the package. Hell, they are SUPPOSED to be part of the prep on the bike. But from what I have seen most of the dealers are not putting them on and are just giving them to the owners. Probably best, as I trust myself to put them on right more than I do some kid that just came out of MMI.

Probably a good thing most of the dealers don't put them on. Might not care if they are in the right spot or not... I am taking my 07 to a shop that specialize in decals and are going to put them on for 50.00..Well worth it for me, that way if they screw up they pay for new stickers.....And for the members that work at dealers, I'm not saying all dealers are like that, I am sure there are a bunch of dealers that do a great job..

It's no different than them selling you a bike without tires. The stickers are part of the deal - you paid for them.
if they won't give them to you, ask the shop owner for the Honda North America main phone line.

I spoke with Honda and they said all that you all have said. Went back and spoke with the dealer owner. He said there were no stickers with the bike. I then had to leave for a meeting. Going back tomorrow and talking with him again. He's not really being an ass so I'm cool right now as long as I get my stickers. The National Honda guy said to just go back to the dealer and if they said no again, call them from the dealer and he assured me it would get worked out. I'd bet my next paycheck that some kid in the back took the stickers home.
Oh well. Haven't lost my temper yet. The good thing is that the dealership os like one block from where I work so it's not really inconvenient to go over there.
Also, one assurance I have is that the bank is sending ME the title to the bike I traded in so. . . . . no stickers, no title!!!!!!!! That sounds fair to me!!!

Sounds like a fair trade....
And you're doing the right thing by keeping your cool. Being a ***** usually doesn't get us very far.
Just go in the back and ask which set-up guy took your stickers. The one with the deer-in-the-headlights look is the culprit.

Probably right! It's a VERY small dealership so the owner mey very well have never seen the stickers.

The sticker comes in between two letter size pieces of cardboard, then wrapped in plastic. Not only that, the setup instructions that come with the bike (also has sticker placement guide) comes with the bike.
We paid $500 extra for the Repsol, because of the extra paint work, decals, and STICKERS! Hopefully it turns out good for you, it is refreshing that the regional Honda Rep you talked to will make sure it works out. Good luck brother.

the dealer that sold me my '07 repsol WOULD NOT let me leave without the sticker kit. I actually had to pick the bike up the next day because their "sticker guy" had left for the day. and furthermore i like the "drive the bike up his ass" idea. keeping your cool works in most situations and you are the bigger man for doing so, I would have ripped someones ass open by now...Can i say ass??? if not my bad. get your stickers doggg!!!!

Like I said, I'm not even mad at this point, maybe a little frustrated but not mad. Plus, I can make it EXTREMELY difficult on them by having the title of the '06 CBR1000RR that they are selling. Now I'm going back Monday and talking with the owner. If I don't have either a sticker kit with me or on order, I'll get upset at that point. I try and keep my cool in those situations.
1. He knows I did not leave with the stickers.
2. Honda has said I get stickers
3. Honda said when I go back, call them from the dealer if he still says no stickers.
Thus, I'm very confident that it'll be remedied Monday. I'll update as soon as possible.
