I haven't done it and I am not sure if I will.....bike seems to run fine and seems to be pretty damn fast out of the crate.....

I haven't done any research on the "flapper" mod - all I know is that you disconnect some hose, plug it up, and reconnect it. Seems to me like Honda would have plugged it from the factory if it really made sense for it to be plugged. But again, I haven't done any research on that one.

I was thinking about doing the PAIR. When i get my bike dyno tuned the techs have to cap it off and i may just have them leave it. I hear that gets rid of the popping in decel when you have a slip on or a full system. Personally i have never seen it. I have also heard if you have a custom map, you will not need to worry with the flapper mod and it will take care of any flat spots or issues with the low rpm's. Not sure how true that is, but maybe some of our technical masters can shed some light on this???

The flapper is actually there more for noise regulations than anything else. I've done some comparison dyno runs and gained a little hp and a little torque. I did notice how much easier it is to launch the bike from a stop. You'll hear more intake noise, which I think sounds good. I don't have any of this on mine anymore, as I installed an A-tech intake and took all the stock stuff off. BTW, I know you asked about the 07, mine is a 05 but I have done the modification to 06s.
