Bar risers & Bar ends

Can anybody suggest any good bar risers and heaver bar ends for the 08-09 1000
And any suggest to lessen the vibrations through the bars

The converti-bars are the $hit.I'm up 4.5 inches and back 2.5 on my 07.A friend has them on his 08 and there is more room on them.You can put them anywhere and change them anytime.
