Dark Blue Sock:

The dark blue closely resembles the Repsol blue of the '05 and '07 models. This color blends in with its surroundings and matches the overall look of the bike.

Light Blue Sock:
1075
The light blue closely matches the blue found on marketing materials and oil bottles. Although not matching the dark blue found on the bikes, it does add a nice contrast to the overall scheme.

I can't decide on which one I like best. I think I'm keeping one of each on hand to switch out depending on my mood. :)

Take a look at these (and check out the bike)...i was selling these on 1000rr.net ...3 per set to cover all the reserviors. (1 large,2 small). Okay, I got the socks but there is a slight problem. The colors don't match the sample provided. The logo looks absolutely awesome, but the sock color is not even close.

Here is the sample image they sent of the sock:

As you can see, it's not at all like the dark navy blue that I requested.

However, I kinda like the lighter blue. It closely matches the colors of the Repsol oil bottles.

So, what do you want to do. I've already contacted the manufacturer about the problem, but I'm thinking some people, (even me) might like the lighter version.

Let me know what you all think. Sorry for the mix up.

Were I going to order a pair (still debating), I would prefer the darker blue as it matches the bike better. I don't see me carrying around any Repsol bottles for the socks to match... ;)

They appear to fit just fine. I may take a colorful zip-tie to secure them for higher traveling speeds.:evilgrin:

Big Kahuna......how does ordering the stuff from the swag link work when I'm located in Oz? I would suggest postage isnt included like it would be with orders locally in the states otherwise you might have to sell that fancy Repsol you have there to afford all the overseas postages if you get fludded with orders!! :D

The clutch side is sorta loose, but I just keep an eye on it.
