Which gloves are coolest with the Repsol?

I have narrowed down my glove choice to 2 finalists! Please help me pick. I have the Biaggi replica helmet you see as my avatar with one of those White Duhan Repsol Replica jackets. I just can't decide if I want the White Icon Merc Short Gloves OR the Orange SMX-2 Air Carbon Gloves. Pics of both are below.

I would stray away from the white gloves, just from a longevity standpoint. I would imagine they'd get pretty nasty in a hurry - kinda like a nice new pair of white tennis shoes.

I like Icon gloves/products and have been using them for years. They hold up very well to all the miles I put on my bike throughout the year.

I agree that the white would be hard to keep clean and looking good. I'm also thinking about some new gloves, but haven't decided on what to get yet. I voted for the orange ones because the look like they would go nice with the bike. I'm not sure they would go nice with my red/black skull jacket though.

BK, They do make RED SMX-2 Air Carbon Gloves too, bud. May want to consider those.

I like the white just because its cool and different. Sort of the same reason I like the White Repsol Jacket. Yeah, it won't look as great over time as other darker colors but thats part of the appeal to me. White stuff looks awsome when it is still white!

white color seems to get ruin very fast, especially when riding in full sun...discoloration of the color, and gets dirty, gloves palms, get the metal dust (black color). in my opinion....i would go with the orange ones, but not the ones mention here. i like the ones that go over the jacket sleeves (long) which makes it more appealing.

I also just bought a Duhan Repsol jacket on ebay. Im not a big fan of the white gloves, though am a big fan of ICON. I have a pair of black ti-max short gloves from about two years ago. They are great, look bad a$$ and still get a ton of compliments.

The Orange definitely. I bought a pair of Joe Rocket Nova gloves in orange from new enough.com and the look and feel great. They are discontinued, but I found them from these guys on ebay a bout a month ago.

Did you get the Icon leather red and black skull moter head jacket? with the bones cross in the back? if so i love that jacket..they have the helmet that matches.

I have seen those replica Repsol gloves but they looked HARDCORE to me. I don't even really like the gauntlet look period since it is usually so damn hot in Houston all the time. My wrists would thank me though if I had a pair and got in to some trouble on the bike.
