yo !!! welcome to the forum....

i used to live in orange county.....when you get your bike and you feel very comfy with it.....take it to ortega hwy....man that hwy is so nice. used to ride there every saturday and sunday till i moved to NorCal. the rock store roads are nice, too....malibu...i miss those rides.
