My Jardine RT-1 Dual Outlet is starting to melt a tiny bit. Near the exhaust openings you can see little pin sized holes. Jardine is going to replace the exhaust with a new one. Appraently my dealer sold me the old exhaust which had this issue. I heard about it before i bought mine, but i assumed those had been taken off the market (guess i was wrong there) Cool thing is i am getting a new one with the hex bolts and not the rivots. Let you know how it goes.

No issues with mine yet. How far out did the exhaust ports come out past the carbon tip on your old pipe? Just curious. Also, how many miles did you have on the pipe when you noticed the holes?

I will have to look at the exhaust ports and see. I have about 1300 miles on the pipe. I noticed it right around 1000 miles. Hopefully the new one does not have this problem.

Do you have any pictures of the damage?

Here are some pictures. It is on the far left side of the pipe next to the left exhaust opening. Kind of hard to see since it is small (right now)

Can't see it, even with description and pictures. Is it on the top, side,or bottom of left side?

Get rid of that damn air injection (PAIR) thats what super heats the exhaust and Fs things up. Just my two cents:D
