First Sample jacket

My first sample jacket has just arrived from my supplier. Overall I am happy with the jacket. Just want to make a couple of changes.

Change the orange leather, not quite the right color.
Side Adjusters
Perhaps more patches (Inc Repsol Forum ;) )
It needs something across the bottom of the jacket on the back, but can't decide what it should be. Any idea's...?????

With BK's permission I will be selling these jackets, with a dontion to the Ride4Kids fund from every jacket sold. Even if the jackets sell private I will still make a donation.

The two yamaha jacket pictures are of a jacket and gloves have just had made for a bunch of yamaha 2 Strokers..:eek:

The jacket needs to say Honda on the stomach part not blue jean gas, there needs to be a Honda patch on the back also.

having a Repsol forum patch on there would rock because it would set it apart from all others. it would also make us like a gang, then we could all go out bunny thumpin together.

what about some matching gloves?

I like the HONDA on the front but also like the GAS on the back, it just needs to be smaller.
I was also going to have the black at the bottom changed to white and have HRC embroidered into it across the bottom on the back.

How thick is the leather you're using on these? They look very good. I take it they would have body armor and space for a back protector? Cowhide? I wish I had a R1 LE, that Yamaha jacket looks awesome also.

The leather is cowhide 1.2 - 1.3 mm thick. The jackets come with removable CE approved body protection, elbows,shoulders and back.

You know, I think a more plain looking jacket wound be cool. Maybe all the Repsol colors and then just the word "Repsol" on front and back. There are many other jackets out the with all the patches and such, I think it would be cool to have something different. I'm all up for a "Repsol Forum" version with our own patch. I would definitely be interested in that. :)

I like BK's idea. Something plain with just Repsol on it. Maybe add HONDA or FIREBLADE to it somewhere like the bottom and you have a winner

No black leather at the bottom, change it to white.
The back would have HONDA in leather letters then across the bottom it would be embroiderd with HRC (Blue & Red)

No Gas emblems at all on the jacket.

Front would have a HRC Racing patch and a "REPSOL FORUM PATCH" on the opposite side. and Repsol across the front.

Nothing on the sleeves.

I can have these made to meet every individual need, so if you want to add or remove it ain't a problem..........more patches, less patches, black waistband, white waistband, red waistband etc etc.....;):D

Just talked to the supplier and we have decided to make all the fingers orange with black kevlar protection on each knuckle.
They cannot supply white kevlar knuckle protection, only silver, which will look pants on two fingers !!!!!
I have seen the aftermath of gloves with no knuckle protection, so more is better in this case.
Let me know your thoughts.

GOD DAMMM!!!!! that jacket looks very good.....that yamaha looks very awesome.....those gloves are awesome....im getting horny already.

by the way......what is the cost?? and what sizes are available??? gosh i miss my bike....still on the shop.

Prices are coming tonight. Was talking to the supplier till 2 in the morning.....:eek: finalizing the changes, alot are only small but i l;ike everything to be right before showing the world.....:D

The gloves are going to be made with fluro orange leather and so are the jackets.

The HONDA letters across the back..........BLACK or RED.......??????

I like RED but as mentioned if an individual wants BLACK then that is how their jacket will come.

Prices will be for forum members only with a donation from each jacket and/or gloves going to the RIDE4KIDS charity.
