Hi Everyone,
My name is Pat I live in the philly area. Just got 2007 Repsol and I think this is one of the best bikes i ever rode. Let me tell a little about myself. I've been riding motorcycles quite some time. Started out was a 1981 Honda Magna which i got rid of quick cause it weighed a ton. Then got a Suzuki Savage 650, Suzuki vs1400 which i still have and The 2007 Repsol. I'm also a musician of 17 years, started playing guitar and i'm currently in a metal band playing drums. I play just about any kind of music, love jazz and blues but metal is my prefered choice. Anyone up for riding give me a shout.

Pat
I'll have more pics up, the pic in my avitar is my bike in the dealer a few days before i bought it.:D

This is a friendly forum and everyone has their Repsol in common. Some of us are lucky enough to have an '07... but we still let the others participate.:eek::evilgrin::p:p

Thanks

Do a search on the forum for "seat" or "Corbin" and you'll find a few threads on the topic.

I'll help you out on the first one: Aftermarket Seat Thread (http://www.repsolforum.com/forums/showthread.php?t=481&referrerid=138)

Hey BK, one girl member? I'm a girl!
I'm the wife of rhino (who has an 06 VFR and an 07 Repsol). I signed up with my own membership because as a guest I couldn't see all the photographs and such. True, I am not a rider but I am the best pit crew (paddock?) person I can be!:)

Hey BK it will take much more ribbing to scare me off!! Trust me I can handle it! Just been busy with college exams again. Just got to stay on the deans list until I graduate next year. Will make life a little easier and Dad said maybe I could use another toy in the garage if I keep at it.:D

The fact that I look forward to seeing pics of HH riding around the track in a pink apron really scares me.

I just wonder if he'll be able to go fast enough to actually make it flap in the wind.

From what I hear, last time he got out of second gear he wadded it and busted himself up in the process...:eek:

Both Repsols are beautiful bikes I think, cosmetically and mechanically. However, didnt Honda make like over 200 changes and improvements from 05 to the 06? lighter weight, better handlng, higher compression ratio, higher redline...etc...?? 180 of those "improvements" are probably subjective improvements but a handful of tech improvements can make a big difference.

Arent there a few members here with both bikes? what do you guys think? Either way, both are dope!! theyre Repsols!!!!!:D:D
