By looking at the video.....it seems the guy was waving while making a burnout. ....perhaps the rear rider did not see due to the smoke of the tire. it seems like the race was over

IMO the rider doing the burnout is at fault. He should of took better notice:sleep: to see if there were other riders still on the track before stopping. But without any details who's to tell.
