Timing Retard unit for ,09

There is a timing retard mod available for the '09 CBR for bikes in the US. This supposedly corrects the rev limiter we have that the European models don't. I know Bazzaz makes the Z--Bomb which you can get for around $149. However, I thought there was another choice out there for a little cheaper. I want to know who else makes this unit, for how much and where I can pick one up at the best price.
