I dont know if this is a good deal, but if you go on Honda's web page. They have the official Honda Seat Cowls. I think they are $160. If i see any place that has good deals i'll let you know.

Have you checked ebay lately, I believe I saw one for $135 (I maybe wrong):confused: but then agian I wasnt looking for a rear seat cowl so wasnt paying to much attention to it.

I got a 600RR cowl for my bike and painted it. I like the look of it better than the 1000RR cowl. I got it from Yamaha of Troy, on Ebay, for around $150, with shipping. By the way, it was black before I painted it

I was going to recommend contacting Yamaha of Troy - that's where I bought the cowl for the Repsol - but swatskeb beat me to it.

I (and several other members) bought the model for the '05 and it fits perfectly.

EDIT: Mine was $137 plus S&H on Ebay. If you call them, tell them you've seen their ads on Ebay listing them for $137 and you want that price... ;)

My bad man didn't realize he had a store had to edit to add the black one after I looked at the aution a second time. At first I just thought it was some guy selling a Repsol rear seat cowl. Sorry didn't mean to jump on your post like that but why not just post up the link to the black one?:D:D

I got a 600RR cowl for my bike and painted it. I like the look of it better than the 1000RR cowl.

I did the same thing...search on craiglist.com or 600rr.net, you should be able to find a used/scuffed/rashed one for cheap.
I got mine with some scuffs for 40.00...painted it and it looks as good as new.
