Funds, shipping, sounds like it could be a nightmare altogether. You might pm some of the overseas members and see if they have any insight.

Accept paypal only and research shipping beforehand to make sure funds adequately cover shipping the bike-pretty prohibitive IMHO. But if they want it bad enough they'll pay for it.

Yea Ive heard nightmares with it I wouldnt let overseas bidders bid.But Bike didnt sell ,And Im gonna keep her gonna trade for a 08 when they ship I do beleave .

Amazing though 11,700. on bike aroung 600 in the pc and lcd and memory card and my alarm was around 4 something i think ,And my reserve was only 10,000 and it didnt sell I can only imagine that some guys just dont have the funds to purchase some of the bikes we ride or dont want to invest that much in a bike someone could of had a o7 for what the 05 were going for ,

I didnt advertise my reserve because there were 05 for sale and even though i didnt know them i didnt want to cut anybody I was the only 07 for sale then 2 more come on a day later LOL I know my reserve was lower because 10k is a silly low number for the bike But I guess there was a part of me That didnt want it to sell And i was some what relieved it didnt .

My wife went nuts when she heard i put it on ebay ,All left said she talked me into buying it Cash no less Lol

Im 36 and my first child is due next week I guess i freaked out a little.
Also about 4 years ago i wa on my gsxr and i flipped it at around 90 it went to the 12 position and i went right off the back ,By the grace of god i went knees first then somehow went the 138 feet on my back , state police measured everything i got up walked around in a daze called the ambulance then wouldnt get in when it got there ...took about 2 months to get the skin back on my knees and i had a concusion that lasted for days .....thats said

Im leaving my job friday come onto the highway hit it in 3 but im always carefull as the bridge is bumpy and ive had the wheel come up on me well friday i past the usuall spot and with cars all around me the wheel cam up at about 10 o clock and i brought it back down alsomst lost my grip and i think with all that is going on I was about to give up on the Repsol Ok maybe im a puss I used to stunt but after that accident i had that time I guess I never got over how dam lucky I was ......boo hoo for me :sleep:

Nothing to be considered a puss.... I feel ya brother, that kind of get-off would rattle anyone.......if they're sane.

I was just curious 'cause you mentioned trading for an '08......unless I'm thinking of a different post ...From what I've seen of the '08s, I wouldn't trade my mountain bike for one.
