Well I would never buy a biked that was changed or altered. I meen a limited or special bike. Did you see the one that sold for 10k. Or the one that sold a month ago for 9500. All low miles original. Mods make people think your beating on it. Its just in the mind. Better off changing it back. I buy tons of special series cars and bikes. I buy then sell if I dont like them.

This is a REPSOL CBR NOT A CAR! original is lame! they can change it back if they want.
i do have the original pieces and will give to the new owner....and i will not change back because it looks hot and other people with bikes will disagree with you. This is not a car and we all know how much mods cost. my bike is my baby and was never beat on. (i didnt stunt it out!)
I will ride it until it sells so the mods stay. (looks hot! and sounds hot!) your just mad cuz my rep is better than yours! neener neener neener! just kidding.

Maybe but I paid 6500 for mine. Im not saying you beat on it. Im saying its the impression. Trust me I buy allot of stuff. mostly from people that just need the money. Im sure it look good but again its in the eye of the beholder. I would of love to but a exhaust, chain, Sproket and everything else. But I know you wont get a dime back. Better off keeping it, Or better off selling all the aftermarket stuff seperate. People make crazy money on their used aftermarket stuff. Then you can take alittle bit of a beating on the bike. Again its just the way the market works.

YEP!!! I hear you. Why are you getting rid of it? If I liked the way it rode I would keep it. I just think its not practicle for me. But I love looking at it more than driving it. Might be crazy! LOL.... Good Luck

Need the money.
wish i didnt have to sell it but the lotto didnt work for me.
I do love the way it rides.
ive never let anyone else ride it....
given up the chance to ride choppers, rc51, hyabusa, and other sweet bikes just to swap bikes for a ride. I just never trusted anyone to ride my bike.
ive never dropped it and am over protective.
This bike def has a PU$$Y magnet. My girl is glad im selling it since i wouldnt be gettin extra attention on it anymore.

I have to agree with john. I once posted the ? of whether to make mods or not. Everyone said to make the bike mine. While I agree with that, I also appreciate originality of something special. It is only original once, and that is what people look for. Take 2 identical bikes for sale. One original, one modified. It's only natural that the no mod bike will go quicker. People want soemthing that is not tainted, whether a car or bike doesn't matter. Kinda like some teener taking a civic and putting an aero-kit on it and one of tose stupid mufflers that make it sound like a lawn mower. It may look and sound great to him, but it de-values the item quite a bit. To each his own, but for me, original is the way to go. Well except for BK's killer wheels. That I hope to do one day.

I'll chime in on the subject at hand...
I have a 1964 1/2 Mustang Indy 500 Pace Car replica. It's a replica just like our Repsol's are replicas, straight from Ford, official, original, and all that. However, it's an extremely limited edition car (180 originally built) and there are roughly 15-30 left know to exist. THAT's a rare vehicle worth preserving.
Buying a "limited" edition Repsol and keeping it original so the next guy will like it more is a major waste of money in my mind. It's yours now!!! So what if the value goes down $732.45 when you try to sell it. I guarantee the extra pleasure you get from owning something that's uniquely yours (and possibly better handling, looking, etc than stock) will outweigh that $732.45 less you get for the bike later on.
Personally, I wouldn't expect to pay less for a bike because it has a pipe and power commander. Or flush mount blinkers. Whoopee.
These bikes will probably never be collectors items, not bringing huge money like old Camaros and such anyways. Enjoy them, have fun with them!
And my argument increases 10x when talking about a non-"limited" edition bike or any other kind of vehicle.
