| Well thanks to a few members we had a good start already when I posted this note today. I can't believe that in a matter of minutes we have already reached our goal for the year. Thanks in part to a few members who have again donated a large amount to the site. Please take the time to look over the donations page and thank those that have given to the forum. Whatever is left over will go to shipping of future contest booty and maybe even a few new prizes if there is anything left over. :) | ||||

Well I went to "Cars and Coffee" which is a car meet that happens every saturday morining 7-9am in Irvine, Ca. There is always all kinds of exotic cars there as well as classic and rare cars. http://www.cars-and-coffee.com
As I was walking around looking at all the great cars I was surprised to see Jason Britton just walking around checking out the same cars. I walked up and thanked him for all he does to support the military and he told me how much he appreciate's what we do. Didn't want to bug him too much as he was enjoying some time off but it was pretty cool to be able to meet him. He might not be a Superstar or nothing but I'd rather meet somebody like him then the Superstars. I also met Dan Woods from the show "Chop Cut Rebuild. He was parked 2 cars down from me. He had an orange 1975 Bricklin SV-1 there that they built in season 4. Alittle crazy looking but it was orange. Just wanted to share my excitement with you. If any of you live in the area, come on out and check it out. I'm not there every Saturday but I enjoy going when I wake in time.

Cool deal Thomas. I met Jason last year and he is really cool. Nice to meet peeps that aren't full of themselves because of their success.
