I know this is late since I have had the bike for like 3 weeks now BUT......... I got my baby! Shortly after my stupid Credit Union didn't want me getting an out of state bike (sorry again, MEGA) I was able to find a '05 Repsol in the Houston area and this thing has 1275 miles on it. It was totally stock when I got it and Saturday, I put on some Luimoto seats, a Jardine Pig Nosed Exhaust, and the smoke Clear Alternatives Taillight. I am just waiting on my watsen front turn signals which should be here by the end of the week. I have one pic of the bike so far the day I got it and the pics with the extras on it will follow shortly.
I am soooooo jealous of you guys in Cali with all that Laguna Seca business. Maybe I can come along next year. Thanks to everyone for the support and for keeping me busy until I had my very own Repsol. I still plan on being a rock solid member of the board (some guys just ask questions and then disappear) and big Ups to BK for making this my 2nd home. Also - what's up with the avatar? It's a different helmet than the one sitting on the bike...

Here ya go BK...
Just posted new pics after the Jardine exhaust install, CA Smoke Taillight, Luimoto seats, & license plate bracket (I got it off Ebay). I am still waiting on my Watsen Front turn signals but they should be in this week. I will take better pics during the day (instead of sundown) with EVERYTHING on the bike and some from the back so you can check out the smoke taillight. Tex, I actually have 2 KBC Repsol Helmets & a Suomy Biaggi like my avatar. I bought the Biaggi for me & an XL Repsol KBC for my big headed female and I was wearing her helmet the day I picked up the bike. Mine was on display in my office at work. Anyways, the bike came with a 2nd Repsol KBC in a MEDIUM that I probably don't need and it may end up for sale to someone on the forum. Any takers?I am in love with the way the jardine, new taillight, and the license bracket clean up the back end!

Three things:
1. How did you edit the original post after so long? I thought we could only edit a post for 15 minutes and then the option was gone?? EDIT: It appears that Big Kahuna changed the rules... 2. You took the tail section off and didn't remove the rear reflectors? ![]() ![]() ![]() 3. Beg, borrow, or steal a heat gun and remove those factory warning decals all over that thing!

I didn't even notice the rear reflectors and how funky they look until I looked closely at the pic I took of the back end. Those need to go. Same with the warning stickers. I figured goo gone applied very carefully would do the trick. That is how I got those things off my old Suzuki.
