Got to be in the top 5 of movies I've ever seen.

Can't remember the last time I wanted to stand up and clap and cheer at the end of a movie like I did this one.

If you liked the first one, this one is far superior.
I fell asleep through this, not because it was bad just because I was exhausted. Want to see it again. The bits I did see looked great. Seems the only way I can get a some time to sleep nowadays is by going to the cinema. They should give pillows with your ticket.

"Shadows" with Downey and Jude very good

"Drive" with Gosling...new master of the slow burn..very good.

    "War Horse" very good.

"Contraband" was o.k. but a bit predictable.

"Ghost Protocol" action packed, yes worth the effort to see.

"Kings Speach" two thumbs way up...but not to everyones liking given the subject matter and the pace.

Will be taking in "Red Tails" when it gets here. As I'm a model aircraft builder and interested in most things WWII history related I'm holding my breath on this one. Current model site chit chat goes on and on about the errors in the details. I tell myself that it is a Movie and intended to entertain as priority one. I do not intend to view it as a docu-drama about the 332nd Fight Group which it is based on.

Here off the top of my head a few great movies . Gone with the Wind, The Godfather, Saving private Ryan, Life is Beautiful, Seven, Rain Man, Fight Club, Pulp Fiction, Forest Gump, The sixth Sense, Braveheart, Titanic, Jaws, Alien, star wars all except the stupid Ewoks, Unforgiven, The Cowboys , True Grit..... I could go on but to put game of Shadows in the same class is a comedy

Watched 2 movies today. New to theaters is big miracle about 3 whales stuck in the ice. It was good. I enjoyed it and it made us ALL cry. The second is real steel. Very cute show. Totally worth renting if you enjoyed Rocky IV.

Alrighty then, Top-5 list it is...!

#5 - September Sessions - The follow up film to Thicker than Water. Probably the reason why I started surfing. It's this generations 'Endless Summer'. It helped launch Jack Johnson to superstardom. And it is full of ALLTIME epic Sumatra...!

#4 - Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back - I'm a HUGE Kevin Smith fan. I think his films are well written, witty, smart and racy. What's not to love...?!

#3 - ALL Quentin Terantino films. I couldn't just choose one. Pulp Fiction, From Dusk til Dawn, Kill Bill 1 & 2, Resevoir Dogs, etc...

#2 - The Outsiders - THE original Bad Boys Club, with a bunch of no-name-up and-coming-youngins: Patrick Swayze, Matt Dillon, Ralph Macchio, Rob Lowe, Tom Cruise, Emilio Estevez. "Stay gold, Pony Boy..."

#1 - Harry Potter 7 Deathly Hallows Part 2 - HANDS DOWN without a doubt, the most magnificent film I've seen to date. Yeah, I said it. HP7 Part2...!
