Genuine Repsol Hugger?

It looks like Honda swapped the part numbers between the seat cowl and the hugger on the 2013/2015 Repsol versions compared to the other 2012+ part numbers.

For example, all the 2008-2011 huggers huggers were 08F63-MFL-### and seat cowls start with 08F74-MFL-###.
Then after the refresh the huggers were 08F71-MGP-### and the seat cowls were 08F70-MGP-###.
But on the the 13/15 Repsol the hugger is 08F70-MGP-### and the seat cowl is 08F71-MGP-###.

Finally, I can't seem to find the part number for the 2015 Repsol seat cowl on the base model (non-SP). (picture after chart) The same part number is used for the 13 and 15, but the 13 is all orange whereas the 15 non SP one in the picture is the tri color repsol just in the same shape as before. Does this even exist? [EDIT: found the part number and added it to chart below]
