    Default Skirt Boy in NYC....

Well it only took something like 8 years, but Shane and I finally met!!! The ultimate Sunshine Boy was here in NYC with his wife, and several other family members, and I got to spend a lot of time with them and show them around my hometown. They are all some of the kindest and wonderful people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and knowing!!! It was an absolute pleasure for me to spend time with them all. My friendship with Shane, which was already rock solid, has been solidified into a true brotherhood!!!

Thanks to this forum, the greatest place on the web, I've met some fantastic people and their families, through a shared love of Motorcycles and one in particular!!!
    @waialaeboy @Rossifumi46 @Teamzigen, @Thrasher, @The Doctor, @cbr_chick_nh @isaac920 @johnny repsol, @JRepsol, @Cherry Bomb, @hondahoon, @nutmegchoi @SIXDOG, @Spy, @paul13131313, @Super~dave

I look forward to meeting many more!!! Thanks again @Big Kahuna

(For some reason I couldn't upload pictures. Perhaps Shane will be able to when he get's home....)

    Sup muther-truckers...!

Back home in one piece but let me start by saying how my trip to NYC was, AWESOME...!

I can tell you without any hesitation that LATE NIGHT DAVE is the single reason why my wife and I, in fact our total group of six had the best time in the City and the five boroughs (except for Staten Island ). We had an absolute blast and I appreciate getting to finally meet you in person and am extremely grateful for the time you took to spend with us day and night, show us your great City and be a walking thesaurus for us. Absolutely priceless experience and can’t wait to run it back with you some day (hopefully sooner than later)...

If any of ya’ll want the play-by-play, friend me on IG and I got six days worth of stuff posted...

Edit: the forum isn’t letting me post pictures either...

    Uploads should be working again.

Love, how this forum has brought together so many awesome people and now lifelong friends. I too have had the opportunity to meet so many awesome people from around this planet, even a loud mouth cuss from the other side of the world... @hondahoon

Nice to see the forum is still giving.

Thumbs up Re: Skirt Boy in NYC....

So cool, one day Brigitte and I hope to get to New York and Hawaii again so we can meet our Good Friends in their natural habitats.

George, I cannot emphasize what an amazing trip we had but I’ll sure as heck try:

    • Watched a Yankee game at Yankee Stadium
    • Experienced Billy Joel (the GOAT) at a sold out Madison Square Garden
    • Dragged to Hamilton on Broadway (pretty freaking good show)
    • Ran Central Park with wifey
    • The craziness at Times Square

That’s just the big stuff. And after all that, the best experience I had in the ‘City that never sleeps’ is getting to hang out with Brooks! He’s for real, for real the ‘unofficial’ Mayor of NYC after dark and the coolest kid in school for sure. I may even forgive him for what model year Repsol he rides...!

If you ever make your way to Hawaii, I’ll try my best to take a page out of Brooks welcome manual and will make sure to give you the best experiences and memories possible. And that goes for all of the RepsolForumFamily...!

Billy Joel and Brooks the two greatest musicians. To see Billy Joel in concert now that's a super treat...

    Dave is pretty damned awesome!

My club has a house right there in Coney off the strip, not far from the Cyclone.

Glad you had a great time in the city.
